Old being a relative term, of course. With as quickly as he learns to do new things time is just flying by.
This video was taken on Tuesday. He took his first steps about 2 weeks ago (on Jan. 19th.) Just one at a time and obviously he'd plop right down afterwards. When you compare this to the walking video in the previous post it is amazing how much his coordination has improved in just two days!
This one is from December 1oth. This was the day he started cruising around objects and furniture. It's so slow and subtle you might know what you're looking at if you hadn't been told.
Someone has discovered the joy (and the sorrow) of movies. Finding Nemo is still her favorite. But she gets so upset when Nemo gets scooped up by the scuba diver. So much so that she runs to me sobbing and shaking, "Nemo's in trouble!" I think this was taken when she was watching Toy Story (or was it Toy Story 2?). She was a little worried when Woody got lost...
Valentine's Day festivities began about 5 days early around here when GG came to visit.
Katie is obsessed with cupcakes now.
And she never wants to be all done.
On Valentine's day Daddy wasn't feeling well, so he stayed home from work. The good news was he got to take pictures of the presents.
The little bears were a hit!
Katie is a big fan of the drums.
She's even learning how to use the drumsticks. Mommy is so proud.
Mommy finally got around to transferring pictures from the phone and organizing them in the computer files. Here's one from a couple of months ago. Katie ran around this fountain about a billion times. She thought it was the best thing ever.
