Re-Naming the Dogs

I have decided that the dogs' names are now 'Gau' or 'Gauck.' Every time I look at them or walk over to them that's what I call them. And guess what?! They're starting to learn their new names and run away when they hear me. At least Hagrid is. Frank likes to stick around and see if he can lick my face.

First Ponytail

Mommy had a heck of a time getting me to sit still long enough to do my hair this morning. I pulled it out before my morning nap. Daddy says I look like a Dr. Seuss baby.

The Park

Yesterday Mommy took me and some day care friends to the small park.

I had a lot of fun exploring. (When I got to the rocks I got my first scraped knee, but I was having too much fun to care.)

What a fun time. You should have seen how sandy my feet were when Mommy put me back in the wagon to go home.

Big Girl Car Seat

Yesterday Mommy installed the new car seat (that Daddy set up over the weekend) so I can ride in the car like a big girl. I much prefer to face forward and see what's going on. Plus now I can stretch out a little bit. We're off to run errands!

I'm so tired! No nap plus a comfy seat equal a tuckered out little wumpkin.

(Another) New Halloween Outfit

Mommy, I don't want to model my new outfit. My teeth hurt.

I know how to get off the couch by myself now. All I do is arch my back and I slide right off.

I'm feeling better now, thanks to a little Tylenol. That molar sure is a bummer.

1st Birthday

On my birthday Grandpa came over and we opened some presents.

Great Grandma Sundal gave me Grandpa Sundal's spoon from when he was a baby. How neat!

I sure do love this train, too! Thanks so much Great Grandma.

Later, at my exact birthday time, Mommy, Daddy, and Grandma and Grandpa Berry sang happy birthday to me. I liked the candle a lot. The cupcake was pretty good, too.
