Swaddling Tiger

Right after I swaddled Ethan, Katie layed one of his blankets down and proceeded to ready it to swaddle Tiger in. Too bad she never got it just right to wrap him up in, the little perfectionist. She was adjusting the blankie for a good 10 minutes (with a little help here and there from Sophie) before I could even get the camera. So funny.

A Bit Sad...

Well, since we're trying to sell the house we've been de-cluttering and (sort of) staging to make it look bigger than it is. That's so hard to do with small children. 5 seconds after I took these pictures Katie tore it apart again.

I cried when I packed away the kids names this weekend. I can't believe after all the time and love Trav and I have put into this room the kids won't remember it. Sadder still is that we became a family in this house and they won't remember that, either. Oh well. It's just a house, I guess. We start showing it on Saturday. Let's hope it all works out.

Ethan's First Big Smile

Ethan smiled at Mommy today for the first time! I was crying too hard to go get the camera, so no documentation. Besides- it would have ruined the moment and by the time I got back with it, he probably wouldn't have smiled again on cue. I'll try to capture a grin on camera soon.
